3DSP OFFERS NEW LOWER-COST,
FLEXIBLE DEVELOPMENT ENVIRONMENT THAT MATCHES CUSTOMER NEEDS
IRVINE, Calif., April
8, 2003 - 3DSP Corporation, the leader in configurable digital
signal processor (DSP) architectures, today announced a new, lower-cost
development platform that features modular software and hardware
options that offer the flexibility to choose the development platform
that suits a customer's own system-on-chip (SoC) development environment.
The new development kit named the Sketchpad Baseboard is designed
to provide an ideal access gateway and emulation platform to optimize
and evaluate 3DSP's advanced DSP architecture, prototype hardware
and efficiently and quickly develop application software. Flexibility
is also improved as designers have the ability to choose either
a software simulator or the Sketchpad hardware to speed development
and debug code.

EXPANDS SALES ORGANIZATION WITH SENIOR EXECUTIVE
IRVINE, Calif., December 9, 2002 - 3DSP Corporation,
the leader in configurable digital signal processor (DSP) architectures,
today announced that veteran sales executive, Michael Cromartie,
has joined the company as sales director. Cromartie will be responsible
for expanding the licensing opportunities for 3DSP in the United
States working out of the company's San Jose, California office.

TECHNOLOGIES TAKES SECOND DSP IP LICENSE FROM 3DSP
IRVINE, Calif., November 18, 2002 - 3DSP Corporation, the
leader in configurable digital signal processor (DSP) architectures,
today announced ATI Technologies Inc. (TSX: ATY; NASDAQ: ATYT) has
agreed to a second DSP IP license from the company. ATI first licensed
3DSP's core technology in October 2000. The DSP technology from
the first license contributed to the design of ATI's THEATER™ 200
video/audio decoder that has been incorporated into several of the
company's multi-media systems. The terms of this second license
agreement are confidential.

AND PIONEER COLLABORATE ON ADVANCED DSP TECHNOLOGY
IRVINE, Calif., October 2, 2002 - 3DSP Corporation, the leader
in configurable digital signal processor (DSP) architectures, today
announced that it has been collaborating with the research and development
group at Pioneer Corporation to develop a highly integrated DSP
solution for advanced digital video technology. They have collaborated
to reduce overall system costs with several design studies. Preliminary
results indicate that a significant reduction can be achieved with
3DSP's advanced DSP cores and software development tools.

CERTIFIES SYNOPSYS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AS DESIGN CENTER FOR DSP
CORES
IRVINE, Calif., October 1, 2002 - 3DSP Corporation, the leader
in configurable digital signal processor (DSP) architectures, today
announced that it has partnered with Synopsys
Professional Services to provide certified design centers for
3DSP's digital signal processing cores. As part of the agreement,
3DSP will provide Synopsys Professional Services access to their
DSP core technology and training, thereby enabling more optimal
system-on-chip (SoC) implementations for mutual customers. Having
certified design centers will enable both companies to independently
offer developers a complete, integrated system-on-chip solution
for signal processing intensive applications.
